W.Star Refrigeration

Our workshop is located at Gala No. 8 in Tirupati Industrial Estate No-1. It’s in Navghar, on the east side of Vasai Road. We specialize in refrigeration, so we spend our time fixing cooling systems and commercial fridges. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. There are usually copper pipes and gas tanks everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where every tool is kept. We don’t have a receptionist or an office manager. When someone walks in, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and comes over to talk. We’ve been in this industrial estate for many years. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’ve stayed put. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our customers are local businesses who have been using us for a long time. It’s hot work, especially in the summer, which is ironic given what we do. We don't have fancy uniforms, just old shirts that have seen a lot of service. We just take the units apart, find the leak or the broken compressor, and get them working again. It’s honest, practical work. We don’t make any grand claims about being the best; we just do our job and hope the customers are satisfied enough to come back. That is how we run W.Star Refrigeration, keeping things simple and cold.
