Laxmi Packaging

You’ll find Laxmi Packaging over at Plot No. 51/2 in the Morivali M.I.D.C. area. It’s in Ambernath West, which is a big hub for all kinds of factories. Our plot isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got the machines running for a good part of the day, making boxes and wraps for other businesses around here. It gets pretty loud with the cutters and the folders going. The floor is usually covered in scrap paper and cardboard bits until we sweep up at the end of the shift. Ambernath can get really humid, and the shed gets warm, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. We started small and just stayed here. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We aren't doing anything fancy, just solid packaging that holds up. Sometimes customers come by to check their orders, and we just talk over a cup of tea in the small corner we use as an office. The MIDC roads are always a bit rough, and we have to watch out for the big lorries coming around the bends. It’s a basic setup. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just take the orders, run the machines, and make sure the bundles are tied tight. It's a simple, honest way to make a living in Morivali. We just keep working until the job is done.
