Rajshree Polypack Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 2/2, Jayshankar Coop Society on Bhakti Mandir Road. Being inside a cooperative society makes it feel a bit more like a community than just a regular industrial zone. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The building is a standard one for this area. Inside, we have our machines for the poly-packing work. It gets quite warm in there when everything is running at once. We usually have the windows open, but on Bhakti Mandir Road, there's always a bit of noise from the traffic passing by. We keep our materials stacked in the corners to save space. It’s a busy place and there’s always something to be moved or packed up for an order. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy rug. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right there in the middle of where the work happens. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the orders pile up and the floor gets covered in boxes. The staff here has been together for years, so we all know how to work around each other without talking much. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the news or the neighborhood. It’s a simple life here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get everything out on time.
