Over at Wilmark Home Appliances Pvt.Ltd., things stay pretty busy throughout the week. We are based in Gala No. 12 at the Raviraj Industrial Estate in Bhayandar. It is a bit of a trek for some people to get out here, but it is a good spot for the kind of manufacturing we do. The gala is basically one big room where everything happens at once. We have parts coming in from one side and finished appliances going out the other side into the trucks. It is not the cleanest place you will ever see because there is always cardboard, bubble wrap, and tape rolls sitting around. We do not have a receptionist or a big sign out front, just the sound of work going on inside. Most of us have been working together for years, so we do not need to talk much to know who is doing what. In the mornings, we unload the delivery trucks, and by the afternoon, we are testing things out to make sure they actually turn on and work the way they should. The heat in Bhayandar can be tough, especially when the machines are all running at once, so we keep the big shutters open to let the air in. It is a simple setup. We focus on the appliances and making sure they are packed tight so nothing breaks on the way to the shops. That is our whole day, every day.
