You can find us in Bhayandar West, situated in Mathew Appartment on Phatak Road. We are right opposite the Mandvi Talao, which is a nice landmark to have nearby. Being near Maxus Mall also helps people find their way to us easily. It’s a lively part of town. The lake across the street is a place where many people go for walks, so we see a lot of foot traffic. Our place is both a studio and an academy, so there’s usually a lot going on. We have students learning the ropes and regulars getting their hair done. It can get a bit noisy when we are all busy, but that’s the energy of a working shop. We don’t go for any of that corporate polish. The walls have posters and the floor sometimes has a bit of hair on it before we get a chance to sweep. It’s a real place where people work hard. We’ve been on Phatak Road for a while and we know the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a friendly vibe. We just show the students how to hold the shears and how to treat the hair right. There’s no secret formula, just practice and time. People come in from all over Bhayandar because they know we are just down the road from the mall. We keep our heads down and just focus on the craft every single day. That is the way we like it.
