We are located over in Dombivli West, specifically at Shop No 2 in Govind Society. It is right on Gupte Road, which most people around here know pretty well. Our place is in the Joshi Wadi area, so it feels very much like a neighborhood spot where everyone knows each other. Besides doing the regular beauty work like threading or hair, we also have these classes going on. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with students trying to learn and customers coming in for their appointments, but we make it work. The shop isn't fancy or anything, just some chairs, mirrors, and the supplies we need for the lessons. We’ve been here for a while now and seen a lot of girls come through to learn the trade so they can start their own things. Usually, the mornings are spent setting up and checking the schedule. Gupte Road can get quite busy in the evenings, so that is when we see the most foot traffic. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated. We just try to teach what we know and handle the parlor side of things at the same time. Sometimes it’s a bit of a juggle, but that’s how small businesses are. If you’re walking through Joshi Wadi, you’ll find us easily enough in the society building. It’s just a practical space for work and learning, nothing more than that really. We keep the lights on late most days since there is always something to finish.
