Our workspace is out on the Western Express Highway, right next to the Kandivali East GIDC area. We are over in Kathwada, which is near the Mahindra & Mahindra Narsiwadi spot. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you aren't used to the highway traffic, but it’s a central location for what we do. The area is very industrial, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery from the nearby factories. We have a modest setup here, nothing too flashy. Most days we are just busy handling the service requests that come in. The dust from the road is a bit of a constant battle, so we are always wiping down the desks and equipment. We usually take our lunch together at the small canteen nearby or bring something from home. It's not the kind of place you'd visit for the scenery, but it’s where the work gets done. There are a few of us here, and we’ve all been working together for a while now, so we have a good rhythm. Being so close to the big Mahindra plant means there is always something going on nearby. We don't have any grand statements to make, we just show up and do the job as best as we can each day until it's time to head home. The evenings can be long when the traffic on the highway is at its worst, so we often stick around a bit longer.
