Interactive Learning Systems

Interactive Learning Systems is based out of room 202 in Hitesh Appartment. We are located in Sector 20 of CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good for the kind of work we do. We work on learning systems, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how people learn and how to make digital tools that help with that. We aren't a big school or a giant tech company. We are just a small team in an apartment-turned-office. There are bookshelves everywhere and usually too many empty tea cups on the desks by the end of the day. We don't have a polished corporate look. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the software and the content we’re building. We talk to each other a lot about what works and what doesn't. We don't use scripted lines or follow a strict corporate handbook. We just try to make things that make sense for the users. Being in Belapur is nice because it’s not as frantic as some other parts of Mumbai. We get our work done, we have our lunch breaks together, and we try to keep things honest. If a system we build has a bug, we fix it. We don't try to hide it or use fancy talk to explain it away. It's just us here, trying to do something useful every day.
