We are located at Shop No 3 in Rutu Enclave, which is right on Godhbunder Road in Thane West. It’s quite a busy spot because we are directly opposite Muchalla College. You can always see the students hanging out across the street. Our place is a bit of a mix because we do beauty treatments for customers and we also run classes for those who want to learn. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit tight when we have a full class and regular clients at the same time. We have our mirrors and stools set up as best as we can. Godhbunder Road has changed so much over the years with all the new buildings and shops coming up. We’ve stayed right here in Rutu Enclave through it all. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big team or a fancy reception desk. Usually, it’s just us handling the phone and the customers at the same time. The decor is just plain and functional. We try to keep the place tidy, but with hair and beauty products, there is always something to clean up. Most of our clients are local ladies from the nearby societies or students from the college who want something done quickly. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even if it’s a bit hectic sometimes. We just enjoy our work and like being part of the Thane community. It’s our little corner of the world.
