Vikran Food & Beverages Llp is based out of Thane, specifically on Kolshet Road. Our office is in the Drewberry building, which is part of Everest World. It’s a high-rise area and we are up on the 19th floor in unit 1905. Being in such a tall building means we see a lot of the city, but most of our time is spent looking at spreadsheets and dealing with beverage supplies. We started this in Thane because it’s where we live. It’s not a retail shop where people walk in, it’s more about the logistics of food and drinks. The team is quite small, just a few of us handling the phones and the orders. Sometimes the elevators in Everest World take forever, which makes the morning commute to the 19th floor a bit slow. We deal with various suppliers and try to keep everything organized, though the office gets cluttered with samples and paperwork quite often. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on the work that needs to be done each day. Kolshet Road has become really busy lately with all the new buildings, so there is always something going on nearby. We’ve been here for a while and plan to keep things going as they are. It’s a straightforward business and we just take things one day at a time without making a big fuss.
