Sodexho

Sodexho is located in Khambekar Wadi, which is right near the Malhar Hotel in Naupada. This is a very old part of Thane, and the lanes are quite narrow around here. If you’re coming from the station, you have to navigate through all the shops and the people walking everywhere. We are tucked away in the Wadi, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road, but you still hear the temple bells and the local kids playing outside. The office isn't very large, and it’s got that old Maharashtra style with thick walls and high ceilings. We are in Maharashtra 400602, and most of the people working here are from the local area. We don't have any big marketing teams or anything like that. Usually, the day starts with someone sweeping the front step and the smell of breakfast from the Malhar Hotel drifting over. It makes everyone hungry before ten in the morning. We handle a lot of the logistics and paperwork for the food services, so there are always delivery guys coming in and out with clipboards. It gets a bit chaotic during the lunch hour because everyone is moving at once. We don't have a fancy website or a big reception desk, just a couple of tables and some chairs where we sit and talk through the day's plans. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we like it that way because it feels real and honest and keeps us close to the community.
