Twinkle Ladies Beauty Parlour

Twinkle Ladies Beauty Parlour is situated at Shop No - 19 on Kala Talav Road in Kalyan City. We are right there in the Beturkarpada area. Having the lake nearby is nice because sometimes you get a little bit of a breeze, though Kalyan is mostly just hot. The shop is a place where we do a lot of basic stuff like threading, waxing, and hair coloring. We have a few big mirrors and those chairs that lean back. Most of our customers are women from the surrounding buildings who just drop by without an appointment. We keep the magazines on the table for them to read while they wait. The walls are painted a simple color and we have some posters of different hairstyles, though most people just ask for what they always get. I’ve spent a lot of hours in this shop, watching the traffic on Kala Talav Road go by. Sometimes it gets really loud when there is a festival near the water. We have a small corner where we keep the towels and the water heater. It’s a busy little spot, especially on Sundays when everyone wants to look nice for the week ahead. We don’t use any big words or have a corporate feel; it’s just me and a couple of helpers doing our work and chatting with the locals. Sometimes the days are long and my feet ache, but the conversation keeps things interesting.
