S. R. Soaps

We are located at A-153, Phase-I in the MIDC area of Dombivili (East). Being in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. S. R. Soaps has been here for a long time. The smell of soap is everywhere in our building, which is actually quite nice compared to some of the other units around us. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the mixing vats, the molds, and the packing area all in one general space. It’s not a high-tech facility, but it works for what we do. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We mostly just focus on getting the batches right. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of ledgers. Dombivili can be quite dusty, especially with all the trucks moving through MIDC, so we’re always cleaning. We don't do a lot of advertising or have a big sales team. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve used our soaps before. Every morning starts with checking the raw materials and setting the schedule for the day. It’s a lot of routine work, but we take it seriously. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making soap and keeping the business running as best as we can.
