Mohini Beauty Parlour

Mohini Beauty Parlour is easy to find if you are in Kisan Nagar No 3. We are on the first floor of Om Dattai Society. Being right near the Thane Mahanagar Palika School means there is always noise from kids playing or parents waiting at the gates. Our parlour is a busy little place in the Wagle Estate area. I opened it because I wanted a place for local women to come and feel relaxed for an hour. It’s not a big corporate salon. We have a few chairs, some mirrors, and a lot of hair clips and rollers. The curtains are a bit bright, and we always have the radio playing some songs in the background. Most of my customers are ladies from the society or teachers from the school nearby. We do everything from simple hair cuts to mehendi for festivals. Sometimes it gets really crowded and people have to wait on the plastic chairs in the hallway, but nobody seems to mind too much. We talk about our families and the prices of vegetables while I work. It feels more like a community spot than a business. My staff and I try to keep things clean, but with so many people coming in from the dusty streets of Thane West, it's a constant job. We just do our best to make sure every lady leaves with a smile on her face and feels ready for her day.
