The Learning Ladder

The Learning Ladder is situated in the Shreeji Splendor Daffodil building, which is part of the Bharmand area in Thane West. We have shops 38, 39, and 40 on the ground floor. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the kids and the parents coming in. Thane is always busy, and being in a big residential complex means there’s constant movement. Our space is filled with toys, small tables, and colorful posters on the walls. We spend a lot of time cleaning up blocks and putting books back on the shelves. The morning shift is usually the most chaotic when the little ones arrive. They bring a lot of energy into these three shops. We have a small area for parents to wait, but most just drop their kids and head to work or the market. The air in the corridor is always a bit cooler than outside. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us teachers and the kids. We deal with spills, scraped knees, and a lot of questions every day. The sound of traffic from the main road is always there in the background. Around noon, the place gets quieter as the kids go home for lunch. We then spend some time reorganizing for the next group. It’s a practical, local spot for kids to spend their time while their parents are busy.
