The Buddhist International School

The Buddhist International School is located in Kohinoor Plaza on Station Road in Ulhasnagar No 4. Being right on Station Road means we are in the middle of all the Mumbai-area hustle. It’s a very busy spot, with people rushing to the train and shops everywhere. We aren't a traditional school with a big standalone campus; we are part of the plaza. This makes it convenient for parents who work nearby or use the station. The classrooms are tucked away inside, providing a bit of a quiet space away from the street noise. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing brochures. Most of our families are from the Ulhasnagar area and they know us because they see us every day when they walk past. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a school, but it works for the community here. We have the usual desks and books, and the teachers are just regular people who care about their work. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza is slow, and we just use the stairs. It’s all very practical. We don't spend money on big signs or polished advertisements. We just focus on the students who come through our doors every morning. It’s a straightforward operation in a very busy part of the city. We’re just part of the daily life on Station Road, helping kids learn in the middle of it all.
