Ayesha Cbse School is tucked away in Sharraf Compound, specifically at Bungalow Number A 8. It’s over in the Kausa area of Mumbra, which stays pretty crowded most of the time. Our school isn’t some massive campus with a stadium; it’s more of a local setup where everyone knows each other’s names. Being in Thane, we get a lot of that typical local weather, and the compound can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. The classrooms are basic, filled with the usual wooden benches and posters on the walls that the kids probably ignore half the time. We have a lot of stairs, and keeping the children from running down them is a full-time job in itself. The parents usually stop by the gate to chat when they drop their kids off, so there is a real community feel to the place. It’s not a corporate environment at all; it’s more like a big, slightly chaotic family. We have the usual issues like power cuts or the internet acting up, but we just deal with it and move on. The teachers are mostly local ladies who have been here for years. We don't really do anything flashy. We just open the doors every morning, teach the lessons, and make sure everyone gets home safely. It’s a humble place, just doing what schools do in a busy neighborhood like Chand Nagar.
