Superb Live Bakery & Pastry Live

You can find us over at Shop Number 25 in the Moraj Residency building. We’re right there in Sector 16, near the Budhyadev Mandir Marg and Palm Beach area in Sanpada East. It's a busy little spot, especially in the mornings when we start getting things ready. We do a lot of baking right here on the premises, so there's usually a smell of bread or something sweet in the air. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where we keep the ovens going. Sometimes the counter gets crowded when people come in after work. We spend most of our time in the back working on the pastries and whatever else needs doing for the day. It’s a lot of flour and sugar and keeping an eye on the timers. We try to keep everything simple. The glass cases stay full of whatever we finished making that morning. It’s mostly just us trying to keep up with what people like to eat. We don't do much fancy advertising; people just see the sign when they're walking by Moraj Residency. It can get a bit hectic on weekends, but that’s normal for a bakery. We’re just local people making stuff for the neighborhood. If you’re around Sanpada, you’ll see us right there on the corner. We keep it straightforward and just focus on the baking side of things. It is hard work but we enjoy seeing the regular faces every day.
