Spes Salon And Spa is right here in Naupada, just a short walk from the Teen Petrol Pump area. If you know Thane West, you know how busy Veer Sawarkar Road gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We are located at Shop No 1/2 in the Anant Bhuwan building. It is a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. Usually, the morning starts with us cleaning the mirrors and setting out the towels before the first person knocks on the door. It isn't a massive place, but it works for what we do every day. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now, and we see the same faces from the neighborhood all the time. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can barely hear the clippers, but you just get used to it after a few weeks. People pop in while they are out doing their groceries or after they’ve filled up their tanks at the pump nearby. We keep the chairs ready and the floor swept as much as we possibly can. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open to let the air in, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. Most of our days are just a steady routine of cutting hair, talking about the weather, and watching the cars go by on the main road. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the basic stuff we need.
