We are located out on Pokharan Road No. 1, over in the J K Gram area of Thane West. It’s a pretty large place, and there’s always something going on. You walk through the gates and you can see the scale of the grounds. We spend a lot of time just managing the flow of people, especially since there are so many students and parents coming through every single morning. The teachers here are mostly locals who have been around for years. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate talk. We just want to make sure the classrooms are clean and the lessons are ready. The weather in Thane can be a bit damp, so we are always checking for leaks or fixing things that break. It’s a lot of maintenance work to keep a school this size running properly. We have a lot of trees around, which is nice because it gives some shade when the sun is really hitting the pavement. Lunchtime is probably the loudest part of the day, with kids everywhere. We don't really have a grand vision we talk about; we just show up and do the work. The office is usually cluttered with forms and folders, which is just the way it goes when you have this many people to keep track of. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real place to be. We don't pretend to be anything else but a working school.
