Simply Veg is located at Shop No 01 on Station Road in Thane West. We are right opposite Param Hospital and near Golden Park Society in the Gokul Nagar area. It’s a very busy part of Thane because of the train station being so close. There is always a crowd of people rushing to catch their trains or coming home from work. We fit right into that busy schedule. Our shop is quite small, but we manage to get a lot done in that space. We focus on vegetarian food because that’s what we do. It’s a practical place for a quick meal when you’re on the go. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a clean spot where you can sit for a few minutes. Being near the hospital means we see a lot of people who are visiting patients or working long shifts. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don’t even have to tell us what they want anymore. We don’t spend money on ads; we just keep the doors open and the food ready. The traffic on Station Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to the noise by now. It’s just how it is in Thane. We’re just a bunch of people working hard to serve the local community with something simple and honest to eat.
