Schon Apparels

Our shop is Building No. 3, Shop No. 6, right in the Vijay Garden area. Being near Suraj Water Park means we see a lot of traffic on Ghodbunder Road, especially on the weekends when families are out. Schon Apparels is a small operation, really. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things running smoothly. The shop is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when we get a big shipment of clothes in. We spend a lot of time folding and tagging things. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a bit near the front door, so we have to keep a bucket there. It’s not a corporate office, just a local spot where we work. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the slow afternoons. People often stop by asking for directions to the water park, and we don't mind helping out. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around Vijay Garden. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing what we know. The shelves are full, and there’s always something that needs to be tidied up. We usually stay late on Fridays to get ready for the Saturday crowd. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but we’re used to it. The lights in the shop are a bit too bright, but they help us see the small details on the fabric better than the old bulbs did.
