Next Retail India Limited

Next Retail India Limited is located at 102 Videocon Guest House, right opposite the Jain Mandir in Ashok Nager, Kandivali East. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a retail office, being in a guest house building, but it works for us. The area is always buzzing because of the temple across the street, so there’s a lot of traffic and people walking by at all hours. We handle the retail side of things, which means a lot of talk about stock, deliveries, and what’s happening in the shops. Our space is usually filled with samples or boxes that need to be moved somewhere else. It gets pretty loud during the festival times because of the temple, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any polished showroom here; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the tables. The staff here in Mumbai stays busy trying to coordinate with the warehouses and the stores scattered around. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and we have to scramble to find an invoice or a delivery note that went missing. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We eat our lunch together in the small break area and then get back to tracking shipments. Kandivali is a crowded place, and our office reflects that busy energy. We just keep our heads down and try to get things done.
