Sanitt Equipment & Machines P.L. is based in the Shanti Shopping Center, specifically at unit D-328. We are right opposite the Mira Road Railway Station on the East side, which means it’s always incredibly crowded outside our door. You can hear the trains and the announcements all day long while we are working. Being in a shopping center for an equipment and machine business might seem a bit different, but it works for us. We have our office space there where we handle all the inquiries and the paperwork for the machines we sell. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have parts or smaller pieces of equipment sitting around the office, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, talking to people who need specific machinery for their own shops or factories. We don’t have a massive showroom with bright lights. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the technical details of the gear we handle. Living and working near Mira Road East means we are used to the fast pace. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just supply machines and equipment to the people who need them to get their own jobs done. It’s a simple business run by people who know the local area well. We usually take a lunch break together and talk about anything other than machines for thirty minutes.
