Sai Food Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 305 in the Chintamani building in Khregoan. It’s more of an administrative and storage spot than a place where we actually cook. We spend our days here managing the logistics of our food business. The room is usually filled with files, delivery schedules, and samples of the products we deal with. It’s on the third floor, so we get a bit of a climb every morning since the lift can be temperamental. Khregoan is a growing area, and being in Chintamani puts us near a lot of other small businesses. We don't have a storefront where you can buy snacks directly. It’s more about the behind-the-scenes work of getting food items from one place to another. There’s a lot of talking on the phone with suppliers and checking on inventory levels. Sometimes the office smells a bit like spices or packaged grains depending on what samples have come in that day. We keep things simple and don't have a lot of decorative furniture or fancy equipment. Just a few desks, some sturdy shelves, and a lot of paperwork. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to packing boxes when things get busy. We just try to keep the business running smoothly and make sure our orders are handled on time. It’s not a complicated setup, just a regular office for regular work.
