Our place is at Block No. 18/P on the Sarkhej Bavla Road. It’s near the 20th milestone on N.H.8-A in Changodar. S B J-Von Compounders Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days. The area is very industrial. Lots of trucks and factories around. We deal with compounding here. It’s a dusty place sometimes because of the road. We have a solid building for our work. It’s not a place for visitors to hang out. We are mostly focused on the production side. The machines can be loud. We’ve been at this 20th milestone for a good bit of time. Changodar has grown a lot lately. More companies are moving in. We just stick to our schedule. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. It’s just the staff and the management. We make sure the batches are right. It’s technical work but we do it simply. The commute can be long for some of us. But we show up and get to it. It’s a straightforward industrial operation. We wear uniforms because it gets messy. The inventory is stacked up in the warehouse. We spend a lot of time checking the stock levels. It’s hard work and the sun beats down on the roof. We just take breaks when we can. The tea stall nearby is our main meeting spot. We discuss the day's targets there and then head back inside.
