Roopson Flour Mills Private Limited is located over in the TTC MIDC industrial area. We are at Plot No R 666 in Rabale. It's a big industrial zone in Navi Mumbai, so there are trucks and machinery everywhere. You can hear the noise of the mills from the street when we are in full swing. We process grain and handle all the flour production right here on site. The air usually has a bit of a dusty smell, which is just part of the job. It’s not a fancy office; it’s a working mill. We have the machines on one side and a small partitioned area for the paperwork. Being in the MIDC means we have plenty of space for loading and unloading. Most of our day is spent making sure the equipment is running smooth. We don't have many visitors except for the drivers and the grain suppliers. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially near the heavy machines. We've been operating in Rabale for a while now. Everyone around here knows the spot. It's straightforward work. We grind the grain, bag it up, and send it out. There's always something to clean or fix. We keep a small crew for the night shift too. The lights stay on pretty late most nights. Someone is always checking the weight of the bags to make sure they are right before the trucks leave.
