Perfect Taste

You can find Perfect Taste over in New Bail Bazar. We are situated right near Bhagwan Shrichand Public High School, so we hear the school bell ringing all through the day. It’s a lively spot to be in. The morning starts with the sound of students heading to class and the shopkeepers opening up their shutters along the street. Our shop is tucked in there among all the other businesses. We mostly focus on getting the flavors right for the stuff we make. It isn't a corporate setup with polished floors; it's more of a local place where the floor might have a few scuffs and the walls have been painted the same color for years. We put a lot of effort into the daily tasks, making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. The Bazar can get pretty crowded on the weekends, making it hard to find a place to park, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We know most of the people who come in by their first names or at least by their faces. It feels good to be part of the community here. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork. Most of our day is spent handling the food and making sure the counters are clean. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the right way, without any of the usual fuss.
