Pennwalt India Ltd.

We are based out of the T.T.C. industrial area, right on the Thane-Belapur Road. It’s a huge industrial belt, and our spot at D-221 is where all the action happens for Pennwalt India Ltd. The commute can be a real pain with all the traffic on the main road, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s just the usual routine. The facility is mostly functional, lots of concrete and steel. We have a mix of office staff and guys on the floor who have been with us through all sorts of weather. It gets humid here, and the fans never seem to move enough air, but nobody complains much. We just get on with it. There’s always a truck backing in or some equipment being moved around. It’s a noisy place, but you get used to it after a week. We aren't big on meetings that last hours; we’d rather just fix whatever needs fixing and move on. Most of us eat lunch together in the canteen, talking about cricket or family. It’s a decent place to work, even if it’s a bit dusty from all the construction around the Mide area lately. We’ve been in this location for a while now, and we know most of the neighbors. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to stay busy. It works for us. We just keep at it every single day.
