Our place is located in the Jankar Industrial Estate, right off the Mira Bhayander Road in Kashimira. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside our doors. We deal with pharma technology stuff, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who’ve been with us for years and some newer faces just starting out. The office and the workshop are pretty much connected, so you can always hear what’s happening on the floor. It’s not the quietest environment, but it feels like real work is getting done. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and metal parts. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still show up and get through the schedule. We aren't really into big speeches or long-term visions. We just try to make sure the machines we build actually do what they are supposed to. Some days are stressful when things don't fit right, and other days things just click. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We prefer it that way. It’s more direct and saves everyone a bit of time. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without much fuss.
