Our factory is at B-8/1, right near the Camlin Naka in the MIDC area of Tarapur. It is a big industrial zone, and we are one of the many plants operating out here. We deal with capsules, which means we have to be very careful about how we handle things. The machines we use are quite large and they run for most of the day. It can get pretty noisy inside when everything is going at once. We have a lot of people from the local area working with us. Tarapur is a bit of a distance from the main city, so it feels like its own little world out here. We have some office space at the front, but the real work happens in the back where the production lines are. We do not bother with a lot of corporate talk or big presentations. We just focus on making sure the machines are running and the output is what it needs to be. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads around Camlin Naka a bit difficult to navigate, but we always manage to get to work. We have been in this spot for several years and have seen the industrial area grow around us. We are just a practical group of people doing a specific job in a corner of Maharashtra. We keep things simple and just get the work done.
