We are over at B-16 in the TTC Industrial Area, right in the Digha part of MIDC. Most people around here know us for the machines we put together for the pharmaceutical trade. It is a busy spot, with trucks coming in and out all day long. My name is on the paperwork, but really, it is just a handful of us here making sure the equipment is built right. We have been in this same spot for a while now. The workshop floor can get pretty loud when everyone is working, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. Sometimes things take a bit longer than we planned, but we try to get it done. You can see the big industrial chimneys from our gate. It is not fancy here. We have some old desks and a lot of metal scraps and parts laying around the back. Every morning, we start with tea and go over what needs finishing. Digha is a bit of a trek for some, but it works for us. We make the gear, test it out, and send it on its way. It is honest work. We do not spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. We just stick to what we know, which is building these machines. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, so we sit outside until it comes back. That is just life in the MIDC. We just keep our heads down and work.
