Yagnam Pulverizer Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot R-869 in the MIDC area of Rabale. This is a heavy industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Our place is full of machinery and the smell of metal and oil. We spend our days working on pulverizing equipment. It is loud work and everyone has to wear earplugs most of the time. The floors are concrete and they usually have some grease stains on them no matter how much we scrub. We have a small office section at the front where the phone sits, but most of the action happens in the back. Rabale can be a tough place to work during the monsoon because the roads get quite muddy. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come into the workshop and we show them the machines we are building or fixing. We are a small crew. Most of us have been working with our hands for our whole lives. We don't use big words or marketing talk. We just focus on the machines and making sure they run the way they are supposed to. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We like being part of the MIDC community. Everyone here is just trying to build something and keep things running.
