Palms Hotel,Royal Palms

We are based in Kandivli East, right in the Samarth Krupa Complex. If you know the area, it’s E-701. We spend most of our days here at Palms Hotel, which some people call Royal Palms. The Akurli Road outside stays pretty busy with traffic and people walking to the station, but inside it’s a bit different. Usually, someone is sitting at the front desk checking the registers while the fans hum overhead. It is a local spot, nothing too fancy. Sambhaji Nagar has changed over the years, but our building stays the same. We handle the bookings and make sure the rooms are ready when someone shows up. Sometimes the lift acts up, or the monsoon rain makes everything a bit damp, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure things run. We see a lot of people coming through for work or just passing through the city. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is trying to check out and get to their meetings. We keep the keys on the rack and try to stay organized with the paperwork. It’s not a quiet place because of the main road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise of the rickshaws. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss.
