Encore Hotels Pvt Limited is based out of the Kalighat Housing Society in Majiwada. We are specifically at 73-A/3. It’s a regular residential area in Thane West, so it’s pretty calm around here. Being part of the Brindavan Society neighborhood means we see the same faces every day. Our office is just a converted space where we handle the hotel management side of things. It’s not a lobby with a bellhop, just a place where we do the back-end work. We spend a lot of time on the phones and the computer. Since we’re in a housing society, we have to keep the noise down. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is nice. We’ve been in Thane for a while and we know the area well. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just have to wait it out. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big marketing budget. We just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a small team here. We handle the bookings and the logistics for the properties. Majiwada is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of the city. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a simple way of working. No big meetings, just getting stuff sorted as it comes in. We like the quiet life here in the society.
