Heritage Hotel Manesar

Our setup for Heritage Hotel Manesar is actually located at Babul Apartment, Flat No. 13, Wing A in the Katemanewali area of Kalyan. It might seem a bit unusual since the hotel itself is in a different state, but this is where the administrative side of things happens for us in Maharashtra. We work out of this flat, and it feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We handle the bookings and the back-end stuff from here, so there is always a lot of clicking on keyboards and phone conversations going on. Being in Wing A means we see the neighbors coming and going, which is a bit different from a standard office building. The apartment is tucked away in Kalyan, and sometimes the local traffic makes the commute a bit of a headache for those of us coming from further away. Inside, the walls are lined with folders and schedules. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception desk. It’s just us sitting around the table, making sure the rooms are ready for guests hundreds of miles away. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty set now. We drink a lot of coffee, keep an eye on the clock, and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s honest work and we just do our best with what we have in this small space.
