We are based at Shivdham Regency, specifically in A-204. This is on Birla Collage Road in the Chickenghar area of Kalyan West, which is part of the Thane district. The name on the door is Emirate Group Of Hotel And Restaurant ,Dubai, Uae,(Mmi). It’s a bit of a long name for a local office, but that’s what it is. The area around Birla College is usually full of students and local shops. Our office is a straightforward apartment-style setup where we handle the administrative side of the hospitality business. It’s a busy spot, and the road outside can get quite loud with rickshaws and buses. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It’s nothing too fancy, just a place to get the paperwork done and make some calls. Sometimes the Mumbai heat gets to us, so we keep the fans on high all day long. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we brew tea in the afternoon. People from the neighborhood often walk by, and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces over time. Working in Kalyan West means we are away from the main Mumbai city center, but it’s still a very active place. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans to share.
