Cgh Earth Experience Group Of Hotels, Kerala

The Cgh Earth Experience Group has its Mumbai office over in Kandivili East, right in the Thakur Complex. We are in Flat A/501 on the fifth floor of the New Highway E3 society. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from south Mumbai, but it’s a good spot for us. While the main hotels are down in Kerala, this is where we handle a lot of the administrative side and bookings for people traveling from this part of the country. The office is pretty quiet compared to the noise of the highway outside. We have some plants around to make it feel a bit more like the resorts we represent, but it’s still very much a Mumbai apartment-turned-office. Most of our time is spent on the phone or emailing back and forth with the teams down south. We have to coordinate a lot of travel details, which can get complicated during the holiday seasons. The building itself is a typical co-operative society, so we see the same people in the elevator every morning. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a lobby and security guards in suits. It’s just us in a fifth-floor flat, working through the pile of reservations and making sure everyone’s questions about Kerala are answered. We keep it simple and focus on the work that needs doing each day. It’s a steady pace and it gets the job done for the guests.
