Our place, Pallavi Maji Collection Llp, is in Ulhasnagar 4. We’re located in Ashirwad Apartment, which is right by the Police Line. It’s a very busy part of Thane. We work from room 105. It’s a small, practical setup where we keep our latest collections and handle all the business side of things. Ulhasnagar is famous for its markets and we are right in the thick of it all. We spend our time looking at new designs and seeing what people in the market are buying. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It’s more like a workshop where things are always moving and changing. We have piles of clothes and bags around most of the time. We don't have a professional receptionist or anything like that. If you call us, one of us just picks up the phone from wherever we are sitting. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone. Dealing with the heavy traffic in Ulhasnagar is just part of our daily life. The apartment building is a bit old but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve made some good friends in the building over the years. Our main focus is just on getting the collections right and making sure they get to where they need to go. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy boxes and checking every piece of stock. We like what we do, even when it’s chaotic.
