Orgolite Agro Private Limited

Down in Palava City, we’ve got our office in the Casa Rio Gold area, specifically in the Exotica building, unit E-1202. It’s a high-up spot overlooking the Rio Club, which is a bit different for an agro company. We work out of Thane, and Kalyan is just a short trip away. Most people here are commuting to big office jobs, but we’re busy talking about soil and organic supplies. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lobby; we’re just a small group of people who care about how food is grown. It’s a lot of coordination with suppliers and making sure our products get to where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic around Palava gets really bad, so we do a lot of our meetings over the phone or late at night. The apartment serves us well as a base of operations. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to farmers who want to switch to better ways of growing things. It's a lot of trial and error sometimes. We’ve had days where nothing seems to go right with the logistics, but then we figure it out. We aren't polished or fancy, just regular folks trying to make a living in the agro sector while living in a modern township. It’s a bit of a mix of two different worlds, but it works for us. We just take it day by day here and keep moving.
