Bhaghyawant Agro Producer Company Limited is located over at Group Number 361 in Rui. This is in the Niphad Taluka, which is part of the Nashik district. If you know Nashik, you know it is a big area for all sorts of farming. We are right in the thick of it here in Rui. Our operation is based on the land where we grow our stuff. It isn't a corporate office with glass walls. It is a practical space where we store things and keep our records. We formed this producer company to get a better handle on how we sell our crops. Before, it was every man for himself, but now we work as a group. It makes sense because we are all neighbors anyway. The work is physically demanding and there are no holidays when you are dealing with plants. We spend a lot of time in the fields making sure everything is growing right. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or the bugs, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans.
