Bhivaji Agro And Food Products Private Limited is located at Building No 14/259 in the Khadabehind Godrej Complex in Thane. We’re right there in the middle of a busy industrial area. Being in Thane means we have plenty of people around and good roads to get our products out. We mostly deal with food products, which means there is always a lot of cleaning and checking going on in our space. We started this because we wanted to make simple food items that people in the city and nearby could use every day. Our building isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we get things done. We have machines running and people packing things into boxes. It’s noisy and it’s usually quite warm inside. We spend a lot of time making sure the ingredients are right and that everything is moving according to the schedule. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it with grease on our hands. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate office with leather chairs. We have a couple of desks near the production line so we can see what’s happening. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a local shop even though we are a private limited company. We just want to make decent food products and keep the business running smoothly every week.
