Our place is at Mohan Heritage on Almeida Road, down in the Panch Pakhadi area of Thane West. We occupy units G1 and G4, so we have a bit of space to work with compared to some other shops. We are quite close to the TMC building, which makes it easy for people working in the government offices to stop by. It’s a mix of a salon and a spa, so we do more than just haircuts. We have people coming in for massages, skin treatments, and hair stuff. Thane is always humid, so we get a lot of requests for hair smoothing and things like that to manage the frizz. The shop has a regular feel to it. It’s not a high-end luxury place where you feel out of place, but it’s nice enough to relax for an hour. We have a few staff members who have been doing this for years. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk to our customers like neighbors. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just sitting around waiting for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a practical business. We try to keep the place tidy and the water warm. If you’re near Almeida Road and need to unwind or just get a trim, we’re right here in the building. It’s just a local spot for the people living in Thane.
