Novell Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is called Novell House, and it's situated in the Vasai Municipal Estate. To be more specific, we are at Umelaphata in Vasai West. Novell Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and people loading up crates on the side of the road. Our building is pretty straightforward, just a warehouse and a small office space inside where we handle the paperwork. We deal with sending things abroad, which means a lot of checking boxes and making sure everything is labeled correctly for the customs people. It’s not very exciting work, but it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. The heat in the warehouse can be tough during the summer months, but we just keep the big doors open and hope for a breeze to come through. We have a small crew that knows the routine inside and out. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building and suits. It’s just a practical space where we can get the goods sorted and shipped out to wherever they need to go. Sometimes there are delays at the port or with the transport trucks, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to figure out where things are. That’s just part of the job. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the pallets are sturdy enough for the long journey ahead.
