Anna Gaji

Dombivli West is where we operate from, and it is a pretty hectic part of Thane. We are mostly busy throughout the day because the area around here is always moving. Anna Gaji started as a small idea and we just kept going with it. We don't have some big corporate story to tell. It’s just been about showing up and doing what needs to be done. Our address in 421202 is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the neighborhood. We don't have a huge office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our tools and take care of the paperwork. The streets in Dombivli West can be a challenge with all the people, but we like the energy. We’ve had to learn how to be fast and how to talk to everyone. It is not always an easy job, especially when the trains are delayed or the weather is bad. We don't use any slick marketing phrases. We just work. Most of our customers are from right here in the community. They know who we are and they know we are just regular people like them. We don't have a big mission statement or long-term corporate plans. We just want to keep the business running and make sure we do a decent job every time. That’s the long and short of it for us.
