If you ever head down to the Mafco Apm Yard in Vashi, you’ll find us at Plot No. 33. It’s right in Sector 18, which is always buzzing with trucks and people moving crates. Nagani Cold Storage & Processing Unit is basically a big, cold building where a lot of hard work happens. It’s not the kind of place you come for a tour. It’s loud, and there’s always the hum of the cooling units in the background. We spend most of our time making sure the temperatures stay exactly where they need to be. If the power blips, we’re all on edge. The processing side of things is messy and fast-paced. We have people who have been with us for years, just doing their jobs without much fuss. The yard outside is usually a bit of a mess with empty pallets and delivery drivers looking for directions. Vashi is a busy hub for this kind of stuff, so we’re right in the middle of it. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find someone in a heavy jacket checking a clipboard. It’s a practical business. We don't bother with much marketing because the work speaks for itself. It’s cold inside, even when it’s boiling hot out in Mumbai. We just keep the units running and the food processed as it comes in.
