Thane is a big industrial hub these days. We are located in Digvijay Industrial Estate No. 2, specifically units C-1 and D-1. It is on Pokharan Road No. 1 in the Upvan area. We make machines. That is what we do every single day here. The estate is always busy with trucks and workers moving about. Our units are filled with parts and half-finished machines waiting for the next step. It can get a bit disorganized when we have several orders at once. There is no fancy air conditioning in the workshop, just big fans that try to move the air around when it gets stuffy. We have been at this location for a good while now. Upvan is a nice area, even with all the industry around. We started small and just added more machines as we went along. It is a real hands-on business. No one here is afraid to get their hands dirty with grease. We do not write long reports or have long meetings. We just go out to the floor and start building things. Some of the guys have been with us since we first moved into Digvijay. It is a steady life for us. We do not spend money on advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking through the estate looking for help. It is just a straightforward machine shop on Pokharan Road.
