Lastz Agro Farms Private Limited

Our main office for Lastz Agro Farms Private Limited is at Flat No 302 in the Paresh building. We are right near Apna Bazar on Navghar Road in Bhayander. It’s a residential building, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time. We use the flat to handle all the administration for the farms we manage. There is a lot of paperwork involving land, labor, and seeds that people don’t usually see. We aren't often all in the office at once because someone is usually out at the farm sites in Thane or further out. Navghar Road can get very crowded in the evenings, so we try to get our meetings done early. The flat is filled with maps, soil reports, and ledger books. We aren't a high-tech firm with drones and sensors; we mostly rely on old-fashioned experience and hard work. Some years the weather is on our side and things are great, and other years it’s a real struggle to get anything to grow. We don't sugarcoat things when we talk to our partners. It’s a tough business and we just do our best to manage the risks. We’ve been working out of this Bhayander location for a bit now and it suits us. It’s close enough to the city for supplies but near enough to the outskirts where the work happens. We just keep our heads down and focus on the farming.
