We’ve been operating out of Room 4 in Vidyaniketan Apartments for a while now. It’s right here in the Nikki Nagar area of Kalyan West. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and checking the different instruments that come through the door. It gets a bit crowded sometimes because these machines take up space, and the apartment setting isn't huge. We mainly focus on getting the right tools to labs that need them without making things too complicated. Sometimes people call us asking about specific parts and we have to go through the inventory in the back room. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main traffic of Khadkapada, which makes it easier to focus on the technical details. We aren't a big flashy showroom. It’s just a practical office where the work gets done. Most of the people around here know us as the place that deals with the scientific gear. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a piece of equipment for their lab, we see if we have it and get it moved out. The building is older, so we know the neighbors well. It’s just the way we do things here in Kalyan. It isn't always perfect, but the instruments get where they need to go and the schedules mostly stay on track. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spec sheets. It’s steady work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
