Kokankar Foods Llp is located near the Kalimata Mandir in Jimmi Baug, Kolshewadi. It’s a local spot that most people in the neighborhood know because of the temple. We aren't in a big glass office building. It’s more of a practical space where we handle our food business. We deal with various food items, mostly inspired by the Konkan region. It’s the kind of food we grew up eating. Our team is small, just a few of us making sure everything is packed and sent out correctly. The area around Jimmi Baug is lively. You can hear the temple bells sometimes during the day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of sorting through stock or writing out invoices. We started this because we wanted to bring these flavors to more people. It’s not about being the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job and keep our customers happy. The space is a bit tight sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in, but we make it work. We’ve been in Kolshewadi for a while and we like the community here. It’s a straightforward business. We make food, we sell it, and we try to do it right every day without any shortcuts or big talk. That's just how we operate at Kokankar Foods and we like it that way every single morning.
